หากผู้รับจ้างเห็นควรเพิ่มหรือลดจำนวนพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรให้ผู้ว่าจ้างทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 (เจ็ด) วัน และในการพิจารณาเพิ่มหรือลดจำนวนพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย ผู้รับจ้างและผู้ว่าจ้างจะเป็นผู้พิจารณาร่วมกันตามความเหมาะสมและอยู่ภายในขอบเขตและเงื่อนไขความรับผิดชอบแห่งสัญญาฉบับนี้
