Remove Thai director (Khun Pornpana Obsin)? After change of director, the company have 2 remaining directors, Mr. Nadeem and Mr.Gao Yupeng. Moreover, if we remove Khun Pornpana as director, she would be still be a shareholder.

2. Who will sign the change of company director’s registration forms? Please advise, and kindly note that the director who will sign the forms also need to come to our office for the said signing and bring original passport also.

3. How would be the authorized signatory condition? Would it be the same (only one director can sign and affix the company stamp)? Or need to change?
