       จากกรณีตั้งแต่ต้นเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2557 ที่ผ่านมา เว็บไซต์ และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์จำนวนหนึ่งได้เผยแพร่ บทความเรื่อง  ซึ่งมีเนื้อหาวิพากษ์วิจารณ์สังคมและระบบการศึกษาของไทยอย่างรุนแรง โดยอ้างว่าเป็นรายงานของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตจีนประจำประเทศไทย และความเห็นอดีตเอกอัครราชทูตไทยท่านหนึ่ง ทำให้มีผู้ส่งต่อบทความชิ้นดังกล่าวไปในวงกว้าง โดยบทความชิ้นดังกล่าวมีเนื้อหาดังนี้
