อาหารฮ่องกงนั้น เรียกได้ว่าแทบจะเหมือนอาหารจีน 100% เลยก็ว่าได้ แต่เท่าที่รู้สึก อาหารฮ่องกงจะมีรสชาติ และไม่จืดชืดเหมือนอาหารจีน สำหรับเมนูฮิตๆ ก็ไม่ใช่เมนูแปลกใหม่อะไรมากค่ะ ส่วนมากก็จะเป็นพวกโจ๊ก(หมูชิ้นใหญ่มากกก) บะหมี่เกี๊ยว(เกี๊ยวอันใหญ่เกือบเท่ากำปั้น) ติ่มซำ(เนื้อแน่นมาก) จะเห็นได้ว่าเป็นเมนูธรรมดามากๆ แต่มันต้องลอง ! ดังนั้นใครเคยไปฮ่องกงมาคงจะเห็นด้วยกับผลโหวตอันนี้
แต่ส่วนตัวผมนะ ถ้าอาหารจีนเนี้ย ยังไงก็ต้องเป็นอาหารจีนตำหรับฮ๊กเกี้ยนหรือแต้จิ๋วของบ้านเราเท่านั้น ผมถึงกินได้ ถ้าไปกินอาหาร
จีนจากจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่ สิงคโปร ฮ่องกง หรืออะไรก็ช่าง ผมว่ามันจืด ๆ มัน ๆ เลี่ยน ๆ รสชาติแปลก ๆ ไปหมดหล่ะครับ แต่ยังไงก็ตามครับ
