การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา ระดับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา เปรียบเทียบขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและขนาดสถานศึกษา และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 400 คนจากสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา 67 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที (t-test) สถิติ F-test (ANOVA) ทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ กับวิธีการทดสอบของฟิชเชอร์ (LSD) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ผู้นำแบบชี้นำ ผู้นำแบบให้มีส่วนร่วม ผู้นำแบบมุ่งเน้นความสำเร็จ และผู้นำแบบสนับสนุน ตามลำดับ ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านสถานภาพของครู รองลงมา คือ ด้านภาวะกดดันทางสังคม และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยกว่าด้านอื่นๆ คือ ด้านปริมาณงาน ส่วนขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้น ด้านประสบการณ์ทำงาน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 และจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้น ด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างครู ด้านการสนับสนุนการศึกษาของชุมชน และด้านภาวะกดดันทางสังคม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 4) พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์กับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา อยู่ระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
