1.ลูกค้าไม่พึงพอใจ ลูกค้ารอไม่ไหวเพราะพนักงานทั้งหมดของร้านนี้มีจำนวน3คน และคนที่สามารถปรุงรสชาติอาหาร หรือชงเครื่องดื่มคือเจ้าของคนเดียว ถ้าช่วงเวลาไหนที่คนเยอะพี่เค้าก็จะทำไม่ค่อยทันใจลูกค้า ทำให้เสียลูกค้าจากการรอนานๆ
2 ในหนึ่งเดือนพนักงานในร้านจะสลับกันหยุดคนละวัน ทำให้ทางร้านเหลือพนักงานแค่2คนในวันนั้นๆ
3.ที่จอดรถมีแต่ก็ยังไม่เพียงพอ
4.ปัญหาของทางร้านที่พี่เจ้าของร้านบอกมันไม่สามารถแก้ได้คือเรื่องสภาพอากาศ เมื่อไหร่ที่ฝนตกพายุมาลูกค้าก็จะรีบกลับหรืออากาศหนาวทำให้ลูกค้าประจำไม่ค่อยมานั่ง
