“ผู้ให้บริการ” ตกลงที่จะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับใดๆ ที่ได้รับภายใต้ข้อตกลงนี้ และจะป้องกันไม่ให้พนักงาน หรือลูกจ้างของตนเปิดเผยข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับต่อบุคคลที่สาม หรือแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ใดๆโดยการใช้ข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับดังกล่าว เว้นแต่ได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากคู่สัญญาอีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง
