จัดเตรียมบุคลากรที่ผ่านการอบรมเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดของระบบ และอุปกรณ์ในแต่ละโครงการมาประจำห้อง Control room โดยจะมีเวลาการทำงานตั้งแต่เวลา 7.00 น.-18.00 น. 7 วัน ต่อ สัปดาห์ จำนวน 2 คน ในแต่ละ โครงการ
