การศึกษาวิจัย เรื่อง ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลรางจรเข้ ศึกษาเฉพาะกรณี : องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลรางจรเข้ อำเภอเสนา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยูยา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชน และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลรางจรเจ้ อำเภอเสนา จังหวัดพระนครศรียุธยา เพื่อนำผลที่ได้ไปเป็นข้อมูลในการวางแผนพัฒนาปรับปรุงการให้บริการขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลรางจรเข้ อำเภอเสนา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ประชาชนในพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลรางจรเข้ จำนวน 317 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิด แบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Checklist) และ มาตรส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.787 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) สถิติใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ด้วยสถิติเพียร์สัน สหสัมพัน์ (Pearson’s Correlation) โดยกำหนดนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
