ข้อ 3. แบบและรายละเอียดของแบบเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ร่วมของผู้รับจ้างและผู้ว่าจ้าง ซึ่งจะใช้ได้เฉพาะกับโครงการนี้เท่านั้น ทั้งผู้ว่าจ้างและผู้รับจ้างไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการนำแบบที่ผู้รับจ้างมอบให้ไปใช้กับโครงการอื่น นอกจากจะได้รับคำยินยอมจากทั้งสองฝ่าย

ข้อ 8. ในกรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างผิดสัญญาไม่ชำระเงินค่าจ้างให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างตามกำหนดในสัญญานี้ ผู้รับจ้างมีสิทธิ์บอกเลิกสัญญานี้ทั้งหมด และผู้ว่าจ้างต้องจ่ายค่าจ้างให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างตามสัดส่วนของผลงานที่ผู้รับจ้างได้จัดทำแล้ว
