Commission paid to hotel staff, Agent.
1. In order to increase the reservation of tables for Prego Restaurant. APS will pay commission to people who are booking a table for a guest at Prego, hereinafter called the booker. The people concerned are the following:
1.1) To Front Office staff of other hotels
1.2) To Bell Captains, Concierges of other hotels
1.3) To Guest Relation staff of other hotels
1.4) To Agent
2. Booking or commission will only be accepted through the direct telephone line. The booker can eat with the customers, but he needs previously to have booked by phone.
3. Only the following APS staff is allowed to take a reservation for commission:
3.1) FBM
3.2) FB Co
3.3) Prego Restaurant Manager Or Assistant Restaurant manager
3.4) Prego Hostess
4. For the hotel to pay the commission to the booker, the reservation taker has to ask imperatively for:
4.1) Name of the customer
4.2) Number of customers
4.3) Place where the customer stays in
4.4) Name of the booker (full 1st and 2nd name)
4.5) Name of the company for which the booker works for
4.6) Telephone number of the booker where he can easily be reached
5. All this information has to be written on the reservation sheet, which will be kept in the reservation logbook. This reservation sheet will also be used for regular booking.
6. At the end of the service, the person in charge cashier at Prego will fill in the commission report for every table that was booked through a booker. They will report the following:
6.1) Date of booking
6.2) Guest Name
6.3) The place where the guest stays
6.4) Name of the booker
6.5) Company for which the booker works for
6.6) Telephone No. of the booker
6.7) Table Number
6.8) Check Number
6.9) The staff will fill-in the commission which needs to be paid (10% of total Food bill (excluded VAT and Service charge)
10. The commission report will be given to accounting on the next day with signature of Restaurant Manager
12. Restaurant manager calls the booker and informs him or her that the booker can come to the accounting office, within 7 Days after the guest ate the Prego. If the commission payment higher than 1,000-THB. Withholding Tax 3% deduction will be apply as per the law.
13. To get paid, the booker has to come in person (commission will not be paid to any friend or relative). The booker has to bring along her/his ID card and with the following information:
10.1) Date of the dinner
10.2) Date of the booking
10.3) Name of the guest
10.4) No. of persons
10.5) Hotel where the guest stays in
14. If any of this information is missing, commission will not be paid
