1. Oral presenters are required to register at the registration desk and upload their presentation files on 21st of
December 2015 from 13.00 –16.30 and 19.00 – 19.30 at the oral presentation room 2 and 3 (C206 and C105),
;;Building C. There will be staffs available to assist you. If you cannot make it on this specify date, please
consult our staffs. The time slot allocated for each presenter is 15 minutes including discussion. (10 minutes
for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion).
2. Oral presentation room will be equipped with a computer running WINDOW 10 operating system, with
MS office 2007/2010 and Acrobat reader 10.0., a LCD projector and a laser pointer.
3. Presenters are required to be present at the oral presentation room prior to your presentation session as
specified in the Program for Oral Presentation.
4. All presenters will receive a certificate of participation at the end of each presentation session.
