บทคัดย่อ
จากการศึกษาการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของ เขา ที่อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 75/11 ตำบลเกาะเกร็ด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี 11120 โดยการสัมภาษณ์และสำรวจสถานที่จริงแล้วนำข้อมูลมารวบรวมเขียนในเชิงพรรณนา
ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่าคุณอุทัย ศรีรุ่งเรือง นำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยการใช้หลักเหตุผลในการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้ออุปกรณ์วัตถุดิบทางการเกษตรให้ได้ผลตอบแทนที่คุ้มค่าที่สุด และซื้อทุกอย่างโดยยึดหลักพอประมาณ สามารถตัดรายจ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องจ่ายจริงๆออกไปได้ มีภูมิคุ้มกันตนเองโดยมีการมองไกล พึ่งพาตนเองไม่ทำให้ผู้อื่นเดือดร้อนโดยมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้การเกษตรกรรม รวมถึงยังได้เผยแพร่ความรู้ของตนให้กับสมาชิกคนอื่นๆในชุมชน และได้มีการติดตามข่าวสารและหาความรู้ในปัจจุบันเสมอ จึงสามารถวางแผนชีวิตในอนาคตให้อยู่บนพื้นฐานที่มีความดีพร้อมในทุกด้าน พร้อมยึดหลักคุณธรรมในการดำเนินชีวิตคู่ไปด้วย พึ่งพาตนเองโดยไม่เบียดเบียนผู้อื่น มีการช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูลซึ้งกันและกันในชุมชน มีการประหยัดมัธยัสถ์เพื่อเก็บสะสมเงินไว้ใช้ในยามจำในอนาคต และมีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตในการประกอบอาชีพและหน้าที่ของตนเองเป็นต้น
