ห้ามนำสิ่งปฏิกูลหรือวัสดุที่ไม่ใช้แล้วออกนอกโรงงาน เว้นแต่ได้รับอนุญาตจากกรมโรงงาน ตามวิธีและหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดในภาคผนวก 4 ของท้ายประกาศนี้และให้ใช้แบบ Sor Kor 2 ของท้ายประกาศยื่นขออนุญาตนำสิ่งปฏิกูลและวัสดุที่ไม่ใช้แล้วออกนอกบริเวณโรงงาน

Prohibited wastes that are not used outside the factory. Except with the permission of the Department. Method and criteria set out in Appendix 4 of this notification and make full use sor kor 2.

No sewage or materials that are not used outside the factory, unless permitted by the Department of the factory according to the method and criteria defined in Appendix 4 of this and use the Sor Kor 2.

Do not bring that which cometh from materials that are not used or factory, and then out of, unless it is authorized by the Department of the factory in accordance with procedures and criteria specified in Annex 4 attached to this announcement and to use of a Sor Kor 2
