Customer feedback that there is no corrective action towards this since the current corrective action does not actually minimize the pinhole situation.
Customer is checking whether could we do increase the times of pressure testing for VCT hoses during the pressure testing stage. This will help to defect some pinholes if any?

Customer feedback that VCT associate this kinks defect to our quality issue and is upset that we rejected this claim and we have doubt in their ability of many years experience in skiving.
VCT is threatening Technoflex that they will switch to another branding.
Could we redo this report and accepted this claim due to commercial reason?
