ทั้งนี้ ฝ่ายบริหารจึงได้แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงเกี่ยวกับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น ตรวจสอบสาเหตุตลอดจนความเสียหาย และผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นจากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว ซึ่งคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงฯ ได้จัดทำสรุปรายงานและแจ้งความเสียหายที่บริษัทฯ ได้รับทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม เป็นจำนวนกว่า 300 ล้านบาท
