You need to follow the food pyramid and should get 6 or more servings of bread and cereals, 2-5 servings of fruits and vegetables and 2 servings of dairy and meat. Doing this will make sure you get as many servings as needed to get all the necessary vitamins. Now you know how a having healthy diet is. Next, I’ll tell you about having a healthy routine.
First, exercise twice a week. Whether it's a quick jog, play sports and yoga etc. Anything like that will keep you feeling strong, happy and increase immunity of course. And this next slide show gets enough sleep. Make sure that you get at least 8 hours of sleep. If you don't you won’t be able to function mentally and physically throughout the day. When the body’s health is good, then we should have a good mental health. This next slide will show you about being emotionally healthy.
To start with, think positively. A mind that is free will naturally appreciate the beauty of life. When you feel good, it is easy to feel friendly and affectionate towards people.
