วันรัฐธรรมนูญ ในประเทศไทย ตรงกับวันที่ 10 ธันวาคม เป็นวันที่ระลึกถึงโอกาสที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระปกเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว (รัชกาลที่ 7) ที่ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ พระราชทานรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรสยาม พุทธศักราช 2475 เมื่อวันที่ 10 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2475 เป็นรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับแรกของประเทศไทยนับว่ามีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่งในประวัติศาสตร์การปกครองของชาติไทย เนื่องจากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงการปกครองจากระบอบสมบูรณาญาสิทธิราชย์ เป็นระบอบประชาธิปไตยโดยมีพระมหากษัตริย์เป็นประมุขอยู่ภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญ อันเป็นกฏหมายสูงสุดของประเทศ
รัฐธรรมนูญฉบับแรกของไทย มีชื่อว่า "พระราบัญญัติธรรมนูญการปกครองแผ่นดินสยามชั่วคราว พุทธศักราช 2475"
