คนอื่น คงคิดว่ารถประสบอุบัติเหตุเพราะขับเร็ว ประมาท ฯลฯ แต่จะมีใครคิดว่า อุบัติเหตุนี้เกิดจากความบ้าคลั่งของเทศกาลและประเพณีที่ถูก บิดเบือนและไร้การควบคุม ประหนึ่งกฏหมายไม่ทำงานช่วงเทศกาล
