ส่วนที่ 2 แบบสอบถามเพื่อประเมินหาคุณภาพของระบบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ใช้ระบบว่าสามารถทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้องแม่นยำ และตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานหรือไม่ จากนั้นนำผลการประเมินและข้อเสนอแนะที่ได้มาสรุปผลเพื่อนำข้อมูลมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขระบบให้สมบูรณ์ขึ้น โดยในการประเมินคุณภาพของระบบ ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการทางสถิติหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
