ผู้วิจัยได้นำแบบที่รวบรวมได้จากแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS ตามลำดับขั้นตอน ดังนี้
1. ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพของผู้ตอบถามแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ
2. ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการให้บริการด้านการจัดการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย นครศรีธรรมราช ไสใหญ่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ การหาค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
3. เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการให้บริการด้านการจัดการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย นครศรีธรรมราช ไสใหญ่ จำแนกตามระดับชั้นปี โดยใช้ t – test
4. เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการให้บริการด้านการจัดการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย นครศรีธรรมราช ไสใหญ่ จำแนกตาม สาขาวิชา ใช้การวิเคราะห์ One – Way
