ถ้าผู้เช่าทำผิดสัญญานี้ข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง หรือทำผิดระเบียบข้อบังคับการเช่ารถของผู้ให้เช่าข้อใดข้อหนึ่ง ผู้เช่ายินยอมนำรถจักรยานยนต์ที่เช่าคืนแก่ผู้ให้เช่า พร้อมยินยอมชดใช้ค่าเสียหายให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าอีกส่วนหนึ่งด้วย
