อย่างไรก็ดีความสูญหาย หรือเสียหายจะต้องถูกค้นพบภายใน 7 (เจ็ด) วัน นับแต่วันเกิดความสูญหายหรือเสียหายและจะต้องส่งหลักฐานการแจ้งความร้องทุกข์พร้อมหลักฐานแสดงการเป็นเจ้าของ และราคาทรัพย์สินที่เสียหายหรือสูญหายให้ “ผู้รับจ้าง” ทราบ ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่แจ้งความร้องทุกข์
