เพราะถึงแม้องค์กรจะมีทรัพยากรที่ดีเลิศ มี Value และ การเลียนแบบก็ยาก แต่หากองค์กรไม่รู้จักวิธีการใช้ทรัพยากรนั้นให้เกิดประโยชน์ ก็อาจจะไม่ต่างกับว่า เราไม่มีทรัพยากรนั้นๆอยู่เลยในองค์กร
ดังนั้น...
องค์กรต้องประเมินทรัพยากร ไปพร้อมๆกับการมีแผนหรือกระบวนการที่จะใช้ทรัพยากรนั้นๆให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
