การควบคุมปุ๋ย
มาตรา๓๐ ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดผลิตเพื่อการค้าขาย หรือนำเข้าปุ๋ยดังต่อไปนี้
(๑)ปุ๋ยปลอม
(๒)ปุ๋ยเคมีผิดมาตรฐาน
(๓)ปุ๋ยเคมีเสื่อมคุณภาพเว้นแต่กรณีตามมาตรา๓๑
(๔)ปุ๋ยชีวภาพต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ หรือปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์
(๕)ปุ๋ยที่ต้องขึ้นทะเบียน แต่มิได้ขึ้นทะเบียนไว้
(๖)ปุ๋ยที่รัฐมนตรีสั่งเพิกถอนทะเบียน
(๗)ปุ๋ยที่มีสารเป็นพิษเกินกว่าที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนด
