We have got the complaint from the supplier of C/Nanyang who informed me that their supplier difficult to contact you and your response is very slow.<br>Could you please advise your situation?<br>Are you work from home? <br>Pls consider and advise.<br><br>FYI, cnee back to use their old forwarder for new shipment.<br>I call them to solve and they comment for 2 reason below:<br>1. Your service as above<br>2. Our cost is higher than old forwarder (I think the old forwarder try to get this biz back and offer the low rate)
