บทคัดย่อ
ระบบแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ถูกพัฒนาเพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการ นักท่องเที่ยว และผู้ที่สนใจในการท่องเที่ยว ได้รับข้อมูลความรู้เกี่ยวกับสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว โดยวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยคือ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี 2) เพื่อทดสอบความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกอบการที่ใช้ระบบแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอ เขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี แอพพลิเคชั่นได้ถูกพัฒนาด้วย Adobe Dreamweaver และภาษาที่ใช้คือ PHP ภายในระบบจะถูกออกแบบโดยใช้ Adobe Photoshop เพื่อช่วยในด้านความสวยงาม กระบวนการทำงานของระบบผู้วิจัยได้แบ่งผู้ใช้ออกเป็น4 ส่วน ดังนี้ 1) สำหรับผู้ดูแลระบบ 2) สำหรับผู้ใช้ที่เป็นผู้ประกอบการ 3) สำหรับผู้ใช้ที่เป็นนักท่องเที่ยว 4)สำหรับระบบ ด้านเครื่องมือสำหรับการหาประสิทธิภาพของระบบเป็นแบบประเมินโดยมี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1 คณะเทคโนโลยีสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลตะวันออก วิทยาเขตจันทบุรี จำนวน 40 คน ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง พึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบ 2)ระบบแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในอำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฏ จังหวัดจันทบุรี มีคุณภาพในระดับมากมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.48
