การประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์
มาตรา ๑๘ ห้ามมิให้บุคคลใดที่ไม่ได้ประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์กระทำการดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ใช้ชื่อหรือคำที่เป็นภาษาไทยหรือภาษาต่างประเทศซึ่งมีความหมายหรือทำให้เข้า ใจได้ว่าผู้นั้นประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ในการประกอบธุรกิจ หรือในดวงตรา ป้ายชื่อ หนังสือบอกกล่าวป่าวร้อง จดหมาย ใบแจ้งความหรือเอกสารอย่างอื่นเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจ เว้นแต่เป็นการใช้เพื่อขอจดทะเบียนการประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ตามพระราชบัญญัติ นี้
(๒) โฆษณาหรือชักชวนผู้อื่นให้เข้าร่วมในการทำธุรกิจโดยแอบอ้างว่าเป็นแฟรนไชส์
