หากตรวจสอบภายหลังปรากฏว่าบริษัทฯใช้สิทธิและประโยชน์ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือแจ้งข้อความเท็จ หรือใช้เอกสารปลอม หรือปฏิบัติไม่ถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขของบัตรส่งเสริม บริษัทฯยินยอมให้สำนักงานยกเลิก/เพิกถอนสิทธิและประโยชน์ที่เกี่ยวกับภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลในภายหลังและยินยอมปฏิบัติตามที่สำนักงานสั่งการทุกประการ
