ประชาคมอาเซียน ... นับวันจะยิ่งเข้มแข็ง

ภาพรวม
วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2558 ที่ผ่านมา ได้รับการจารึกเป็นวันสำคัญในประวัติศาสตร์อาเซียนอีกวันหนึ่ง เมื่อประเทศสมาชิกอาเซียนทั้ง 10 ประเทศได้ร่วมกันก้าวเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนอย่างเป็นทางการ การรวมตัวเป็นประชาคมของอาเซียน ซึ่งหมายถึงการบูรณาการทั้งด้านกฎระเบียบ แนวปฏิบัติ และการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมด้านการเมือง เศรษฐกิจและสังคมให้มีจุดยืนร่วมกันนั้น เป็นกระบวนการต่อเนื่อง ดังนั้น การเปิดประชาคมอาเซียนอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2558 จึงมิใช่เป็นจุดสิ้นสุดของกระบวนการดังกล่าว หากแต่เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของก้าวต่อไปของอาเซียน
