"วัดเขาพลอยแหวน" วัดเขาพลอยแหวนเป็นวัดเล็กๆ ตั้งอยู่เชิงเขาพลอยแหวน หมู่ 4 บ้านห้วยระกำ ต.พลอยแหวน อ.ท่าใหม่ สร้างโดยพระยาจันทบุรีชื่อสองเมืองในสมัย ร.4 ภายในวัดมีบันไดขึ้นสู่ยอดเขา ซึ่งเป็นที่ตั้งของเจดีย์บรรจุพระบรมสารีริกธาตุ และมณฑปพระพุทธบาท วัดแห่งนี้ได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นโบราณสถานเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2530 ที่นี่มีสถานที่น่าสนใจอยู่นั้นก็คือ เจดีย์บรรจุพระบรมสารีริกธาตุและมณฑปพระพุทธบาท

เจดีย์ เป็นเจดีย์ทรงกลมแบบลังกา สูง 15 เมตร สร้างเมื่อปี พ.ศ.2379 ตามหลักฐานศิลาจารึกบนยอดเขาที่สร้างเจดีย์จารึกไว้ว่า สร้างวันที่ 711 จุลศักราช 1198 ปีวอก เป็นอิฐถือปูนขนาดกว้าง 4 วา ยาว 6 วา 3 ศอก รัชกาลที่ 5 ได้โปรดเกล้าให้พระยาพิชัยธิบดีศรี รณรงค์ฤาชัย (พระยาจันทบุรี) บรรจุพระบรมธาตุมีนามว่า "รัตนคีรีเจดีย์" ปัจจุบันได้บูรณะซ่อมแซมเป็นฐานกว้าง 6 วา ยาว 7 วา 3 ศอก

มณฑป ตั้งอยู่บนยอดเขาใกล้กับเจดีย์ มีฐานมณฑปกว้าง 4 วา 2 ศอก เป็นรูปจตุรมุข สูง 7 วา ในมณฑปประดิษฐานพระพุทธบาทจำลอง ซึ่งสร้างขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2471 โดยสร้างแทนพระพุทธบาทเดิม ซึ่งเป็นพระพุทธบาทศิลาแลงที่แตกหักแต่ยังคงเก็บรักษาไว้
