ปลื้มจิตร์ ถินขาว เกิดวันที่ 9 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2526 เป็นนักกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลหญิงทีมชาติไทย ผู้ทำหน้าที่ในตำแหน่งบอลกลาง และมีโอกาสไปแข่งขันวอลเลย์บอลอาชีพในต่างประเทศ
ปลื้มจิตร์ เกิดที่อำเภอไชโย จังหวัดอ่างทอง เป็นบุตรสาวของวันชัย (บิดา) และสมฤดี (มารดา) มีพี่ชายชื่อพีรเวท จบการศึกษามัธยมต้นจากโรงเรียนอ่างทองปัทมโรจน์วิทยาคม มัธยมปลายจากโรงเรียนบดินทรเดชา (สิงห์ สิงหเสนี) ปริญญาตรีและโท จากคณะบริหารธุรกิจ มหาวิทยาลัยรัตนบัณฑิต เมื่อจบการศึกษา ก็บรรจุเข้าเป็นพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ ในตำแหน่งนักการตลาด กองนโยบายและแผน ของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค
ปลื้มจิตร์เริ่มเล่นวอลเลย์บอลตั้งแต่อายุ 14 ปี ขณะเรียนอยู่ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่จังหวัดอ่างทอง เคยเข้าแข่งขันระดับอาชีพ ที่สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน (สโมสรหงเหอ และ ฟูเจี้ยน เซียะเหมิน), รัสเซีย (สโมสรอาอูรูม), เวียดนาม (สโมสรทันเห่า), ตุรกี (สโมสร Konya Eregli) ปัจจุบัน (2555-2556) ปลื้มจิตร์เล่นให้แก่สโมสรอิกติซาดชิ บากู ในประเทศอาเซอร์ไบจาน นอกจากนี้ ยังเคยร่วมถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์โฆษณา กับสายการบินแอร์เอเชีย ในปี พ.ศ. 2555 และ น้ำยาล้างจาน ไลปอนเอฟ , แปรงจัดฟัน SYSTEMA OD. ในปี พ.ศ. 2557
