เนื่องด้วยกระผมนายกิตติศักดิ์ ทิพยาเรืองนนท์ ผู้ได้รับว่าจ้างในตำแหน่ง ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับ มีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องลาออกแบบฉุกเฉิน และต้องเดินทางกลับกรุงเทพฯ เนื่องด้วยเหตุผลส่วนตัว ประกอบกับเมื่อผมได้พิจารณาผลการปฎิบัติงาน ณ สถานที่แห่งนี้เป็นระยะเวลา 1 เดือนที่ผ่านมา ผมได้พบกับความรู้สึกต่างๆมากมายที่เกิดขึ้น ณ สถานที่แห่งนี้ และทำให้ผมมองเห็นถึงปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้น ทั้งที่สามารถแก้ไขได้ทันที, ต้องรอการอนุมัติ หรือได้รับการปฎิเสธก็ตาม แต่ผมก็รู้สึกภูมิใจและรู้สึกเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ท่านผู้จัดการทั่วไปได้คัดเลือกผมให้มารับหน้าที่ตรงจุดนี้ ซึ่งอาจมองเห็นว่าผมสามารถที่จะเป็นผู้นำที่ดีได้ และสามารถที่จะนำพาทีมงานให้ประสบความสำเร็จไปพร้อมๆกันได้ ในอนาคตอันใกล้ ด้วยประสบการณ์ต่างๆที่ผ่านมาจากโรงแรมชั้นนำ
