การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

(1) พัฒนาวิธี
การสอนพูดภาษาอังกฤษ
สำหรับนักศึกษา
(2) ศึกษาผลของการใช้วิธีสอนที่พัฒนาขึ้นที่มีต่อความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ

การดำเนินการใช้การวิจัยปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี

คณะครุศาสตร์ สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ที่เรียนรายวิชาการพูดในที่สาธารณะ ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 2

ปีการศึกษา2556 จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย

1) แผนการสอน

2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน

3) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการเรียน

4) แบบบันทึกการเรียน

5) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ

6) แบบประเมินตนเองของนักศึกษา

7) แบบสอบถามนักศึกษา และ

8) แบบสัมภาษณ์นักศึกษา

การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การหาค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าวิธีสอนซึ่งมี 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่

(1) การแนะนำโครงงานนำเสนอการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ

(2) การเรียนรูปแบบภาษา

(3) การเตรียมการพูด และ

(4) การนำเสนอการพูด ช่วยให้นักศึกษามีความสามารถในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
