ปัญหาแรกคือ สถานที่ โรงเรียนสอนทำอาหารของเรานั้นมีขนาดกลาง สามารถรองรับได้ครอสละสองกรุ๊ป กรุ๊ปละ12คน รวมเป็น 24 คน แต่บางครอสมีลูกค้าจองเรียนเยอะ ทำให้สถานที่ ครูผู้สอนและอุปกรณ์ไม่พอ จากที่รับ2กรุ๊ปก็ต้องเพิ่มเป็น3กรุ๊ป และจะต้องแบ่งสถานที่ให้กับลูกค้าที่รับมาเกิน ซึ่งมันคับแคบ
