พระราชประวัติพระเจ้าเสือ
พระชาติกำเนิดของสมเด็จพระเจ้าเสือนั้น เชื่อว่าเป็นพระราชโอรสลับในสมเด็จพระนารายณ์มหาราช กับพระสนมพระองค์หนึ่งโดยพระราชพงศาวดารฯ ฉบับพระพนรัตน์ (แก้ว) ว่า นางเป็นพระราชธิดาพระเจ้าเชียงใหม่[2] โดยคำให้การขุนหลวงหาวัดได้ออกพระนามว่า พระราชชายาเทวี หรือ เจ้าจอมสมบุญ ส่วนในคำให้การชาวกรุงเก่าเรียกว่า นางกุสาวดี[1]
