เครื่องปรุงเนื้อปลา
- เนื้อปลา ใช้ปลาน้ำดอกไม้ 1 กก.
- ตระใคร้ 2 ต้น

เครื่องปรุงแกง
- หยวกกล้วย ยาว 20 ซ.ม.
