การค้นคว้าอิสระเรื่องความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์นครน่าน มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอนของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์นครน่าน เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอน และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะของนิสิตที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอน ดำเนินการโดยวิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นประชาชนได้แก่นิสิตที่กำลังศึกษาในวิทยาลัยสงฆ์นครน่าน ประจำภาคเรียนที่ ๑/๒๕๕๘ ทุกชั้นปี ทั้งบรรพชิตและคฤหัสถ์ จำนวน ๒๒๓ รูป/คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่คณะผู้ศึกษาได้สร้างขึ้นโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยสามารถสรุป อภิปรายผล และมีข้อเสนอแนะดังนี้
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
๑) นิสิตมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับผลการพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการเรียนการสอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูง รองลงมา ด้านกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล ด้านหลักสูตรสาระการเรียนรู้ และด้านการใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนตามลำดับ
๒) การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการเรียนการสอน ของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์นครน่านมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นิสิตที่มี อายุ สถานภาพ ชั้นปี และสาขาวิชาที่ต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนการสอนที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน
๓) ปรับปรุงหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนให้มีความสอดคล้อง และบูรณาการกับศิลปวัฒนธรรม ประเพณีของท้องถิ่นและทันตามสถานการปัจจุบัน มีการปรับหลักสูตรตามความเหมาะสมในด้านการจัดกิจกรรม ควรเปิดโอกาสได้ทำกิจกรรมที่เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อนิสิตและวิทยาลัยสงฆ์นครน่านมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯ สยามบรมราชกุมารี
