งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อหลักสูตร ในปีการศึกษา 2557 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น และเปรียบเทียบวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลความพึงพอใจฯ ระหว่างการแจกแบบประเมินเป็นกระดาษ ในปีการศึกษา 2556 และการใช้โปรแกรม Google Form ในปี 2557 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยนี้คือเครื่องมือการหาความเที่ยงตรงของแบบสอบถามแบบ IOC และโปรแกรม Google Form
