จากที่ผมได้ติดต่อกับทางบริษัท Aware เพื่อขอ Logging เพื่อตรวจสอบในการเข้าใช้งานระบบ E-mail ใน Username [e-mail] ในช่วงระหว่างวันที่ 17-23 พฤศจิกายน 2015 ตามเอกสารแนบสามารถระบุได้ว่ามีการใช้งานที่ผิดปรกติคือมี บุคคลได้เข้าทำการ Login เพื่อเข้าไปดู E-mail ของ Nattikan โดยใช้ Web browsers ซึ่งได้มีการสอบถามผู้ใช้ยืนยันว่าไม่เคยทำการเข้าดู E-mail ผ่านทาง Web browser และไม่ทราบมาก่อนว่าสามารถทำได้ แต่ใน Logging มีรายงานการเข้าใช้ E-mail โดยใช้เครืองมือดังกล่าวเปิดเข้าไปใน Logging จะระบุเป็น (Webmail) ซึ่งถ้าเป็นการใช้งานที่เราเปิดทาง Outlook รายงาน Logging จะระบุเป็น (pop3) หรือ (IMAP)

แต่ผมไม่สามารถระบุว่าเป็นพนักงานคนไหน และจะเครื่องไหนภายในบริษัทได้เนื่องจากเรายังไม่มีระบบการจัดเก็บ Logging ภายในบริษัทในตอนนี้ทำให้การติดตามบุคคลดังกล่าวขาดหลักฐานในการอ้างอิงเพื่อสืบไปถึงผู้กระทำการดังกล่าวได้
