ของผู้บริหารในการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนทั้งสิ้น 325 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t – test (Independent Samples) และ F – test (One way ANOVA)
