โครงงานเรื่องขนมไทยเสริมรายได้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1). ศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมาของขนมไทย 2).เผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการทำขนมไทย 3). ต้องการสืบสานและอนุรักษ์ขนมไทยให้เป็นที่รู้จักและแพร่หลายมากยิ่งขึ้นโดยผู้จัดทำโครงงานได้รู้วิธีการทำขนมไทยแล้วนำไปสำรวจความคิดเห็นกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างหมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลทับกวาง อำเภอแก่งคอย จังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 30 คน แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
