2/3 ) ประจำแต่ละสัปดาห์ โดยได้นำส่งรายงานฯ ไปยังตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ ได้ภายในกำหนดวันพุธของสัปดาห์ถัดไปทุกฉบับ และนำส่งกำไรจากการซื้อคืนหลักทรัพย์เพื่อส่งมอบรายการขายชอร์ตที่เกิดขึ้นให้กับตลาดหลักทรัพย์ถูกต้องครบถ้วน

3.2 รายการขายชอร์ตในบัญชีของลูกค้ามีการส่งมอบหลักทรัพย์ทันภานในกำหนดจำนวน 1 รายการซึ่งเป็นรายการรับโอนจากหลักทรัพย์กระดานต่างประเทศ มีเอกสารเป็นใบรับ ( SLIP ) ประกอบการทำรายการส่งมอบหลักทรัพย์ผ่านระบบ PTI ไปยังศูนย์รับฝากหลักทรัพย์ ครบถวน
