การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน ในจังหวัดแพร่ ๒) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน ในจังหวัดแพร่โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ๓) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 ของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน ในจังหวัดแพร่ และ ๔) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการประยุกต์ใช้หลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน ในจังหวัดแพร่ ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods) ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ อาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้านในพื้นที่จังหวัดแพร่ จำนวน 707 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรคำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของทาโร่ยามาเน่ ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ 256 คน และเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป เพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์เพื่อหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard deviation) ในการอธิบายลักษณะของข้อมูลทั่วไป และทำการทดสอบสมมุติฐานด้วยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และค่าเอฟ (F-test) ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way analysis of variance) เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจึงทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างนัยสำคัญที่น้อยที่สุด (Least Significant Difference : LSD) ในส่วนของคำถามปลายเปิดที่แสดงปัญหาอุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ ผู้วิจัยทำการจัดกลุ่มตามประเด็นที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency) และข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้วิจัยจะทำการจัดกลุ่มข้อมูลตามสาระสำคัญของประเด็นการสัมภาษณ์ จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา
