เนื่องด้วย ทางคณะกรรมการองค์กรแพทย์ได้มีการประชุมทบทวนแนวทางการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วย เพื่อให้มีความชัดเจนในการทำงานและส่งผลต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยมากที่สุด ดังนั้น จึงขอความร่วมมือแพทย์ทุกท่านปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย เรื่อง แนวทางการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วย ซึ่งจะมีแนวทางในการทำงานของแพทย์ระบุไว้ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้การทำงานดังกล่าวเกิดประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องทางผู้บริหารจึงได้มีการกำหนดตัวชี้วัดคุณภาพเพื่อเป็นการติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน และเพื่อใช้ในการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของแพทย์ จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบและขอความร่วมมือในการดำเนินการ
