ถนนจรัญสนิทวงศ์ (อังกฤษ: Thanon Charan Sanit Wong) เป็นถนนในฝั่งธนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร เริ่มต้นจากถนนเพชรเกษม ที่สี่แยกท่าพระ ในแขวงวัดท่าพระ เขตบางกอกใหญ่ ตรงไปทางทิศตะวันตกเฉียงเหนือ ตัดกับถนนพาณิชยการธนบุรี (จรัญสนิทวงศ์ 13) ที่สามแยกพาณิชยการธนบุรี จากนั้นข้ามคลองมอญ เข้าสู่พื้นที่แขวงบางขุนศรี เขตบางกอกน้อย ตรงไปทางทิศเหนือ ตัดกับถนนพรานนกที่สามแยกไฟฉาย จากนั้นโค้งไปทางทิศตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ตัดกับทางรถไฟสายใต้ (จากสถานีรถไฟธนบุรี) เข้าแขวงบางขุนนนท์ ตัดกับถนนบางขุนนนท์ที่สามแยกบางขุนนนท์ จากนั้นข้ามคลองบางกอกน้อยเข้าสู่แขวงอรุณอมรินทร์ ตัดกับถนนบรมราชชนนีที่สี่แยกบรมราชชนนีเข้าสู่พื้นที่เขตบางพลัด โดยเป็นเส้นแบ่งเขตการปกครองระหว่างแขวงบางบำหรุกับแขวงบางยี่ขันไปจนตัดกับถนนสิรินธรและถนนราชวิถีที่สี่แยกบางพลัด จากนั้นจึงเข้าสู่แขวงบางพลัด มุ่งตรงไปทางทิศตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ข้ามคลองบางพลัดเข้าสู่พื้นที่แขวงบางอ้อ และไปสิ้นสุดที่เชิงสะพานพระราม 7 ในพื้นที่ตำบลบางกรวย อำเภอบางกรวย จังหวัดนนทบุรี

ชื่อถนนจรัญสนิทวงศ์ตั้งเพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่ หลวงจรัญสนิทวงศ์ (ม.ล.จรัญ สนิทวงศ์) อดีตปลัดกระทรวงคมนาคม เดิมกรุงเทพมหานครติดป้ายชื่อถนนว่า "ถนนจรัลสนิทวงศ์" ต่อมาได้แก้ไขเป็น "จรัญสนิทวงศ์" ตามนามของหลวงจรัญสนิทวงศ์ ปัจจุบันถนนสายนี้เป็นถนนสายสำคัญสายหนึ่งของกรุงเทพมหานคร
