ระเบียบข้อปฏิบัติการเข้า – ออก อพาร์ทเม้นท์
1. เมื่อเข้าพักอาศัย หากพบเห็นสิ่งของแตกหัก ชำรุดเสียหาย และเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ภายในห้องพักมีไม่ครบหรือเสียหายกรุณาแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่อพาร์ทเม้นท์ให้ทราบทันที มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าท่านยอมรับความสมบูรณ์ของห้องพักและอุปกรณ์ภายในห้อง
2. ห้ามส่งเสียงดังรบกวนข้างห้อง และห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยง หรือ เลี้ยงสัตว์ในบริเวณที่พักอาศัย
3. ห้ามนำสิ่งของ หรือ นั่งดื่มสุรา สูบบุหรี่ และ ทำการใดๆ ตรงพื้นที่ทางเดิน/พื้นที่ว่าง และ ภายในลิฟต์
4. ห้ามประกอบอาหารที่เป็นการรบกวนข้างห้อง และ เกิดความเสียหายแก่ผู้ให้เช่า
5. หากต้องการต่อเติมภายในห้องต้องแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่อพาร์ทเม้นท์ ก่อน มิฉะนั้นท่านต้องรับผิดชอบหากเกิดความเสียหาย
6. ห้ามเล่นการพนันภายในห้องพัก และ สิ่งเสพย์ติดทุกชนิดเข้ามาในอพาร์ทเม้นท์
7. ห้ามวางรองเท้าไว้หน้าห้องพัก เพื่อความเป็นระเบียบ และ เพื่อสะดวกในการทำความสะอาด
8. กรณีถ้าท่อน้ำตรงอ่างล้าง หรือ ชักโครกเกิดตัน ลูกค้าต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเอง
9. ต้องมีการล้างทำความสะอาดแอร์ทุกๆ 3- 6 เดือน โดย 2 เดือนแรกทางอพาร์ทเม้นท์จะเปลี่ยนให้หากภายในห้องเกิดชำรุดเสียหาย อาทิเช่น หลอดไฟ ลูกบิดประตู เฟอร์นิเจอร์ ฯลฯและการใช้บริการล้างแอร์ เปลี่ยนอะไหล่แอร์
อาทิแค็ปรันพัดลม และอื่นๆ การเติมน้ำยาแอร์ หลังจากนั้นผู้เช่าเป็นคนจ่ายเอง
10. เมื่อประสงค์จะแจ้งออก กรุณาบอกล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลา 1 เดือน และต้องออกภายในวันและเวลาดังกล่าว
11. กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนทุกครั้งที่มีการขนย้ายทรัพย์สินของท่าน และ ขนย้ายภายในเวลา 8.30 น –17.30 น
12. ผู้เช่าต้องชำระค่าใช้จ่ายในวันที่มีการขนย้ายทรัพย์สินของท่าน ดังนี้
ค่าเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ที่ชำรุดเสียหายแต่ละประเภท ภายในห้องพัก
ค่าน้ำ/ค่าไฟ ที่ใช้บริการครั้งสุดท้าย
ค่าทำความสะอาดห้อง ราคา 200 บาท
ค่าทำความสะอาดแอร์ ราคา 400 บาท
13. รับเงินประกันคืนจะรับหลังจากการขนย้ายทรัพย์สินเสร็จสิ้นเท่านั้น (วันจันทร์-เสาร์ เวลา 8.30 –17.30น)
14. หากประสงค์จะขอย้ายห้อง ต้องเสียค่าบริการโยกย้าย ครั้งละ 500บาท
ข้าพเจ้าขอยืนยันว่าได้อ่านและเข้าใจข้อความในข้อตกลงของกฎระเบียบบังคับดังกล่าวข้างต้นเป็นอย่างดี จึงได้ลงลายมือไว้เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
