บริษัท ดัชมิลล์ จำกัด จดทะเบียนก่อตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 27 มกราคม 2527 ในนาม “บริษัท โปร ฟู้ด จำกัด” ด้วยการรวมตัวของกลุ่มนักวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร จากมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ที่เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของ “นม” ซึ่งเป็นอาหารที่มีคุณประโยชน์อย่างมหาศาล และยังสามารถช่วยพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ ยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกร จึงมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารนมเพื่อสุขภาพของคนไทย ด้วยการผลิตโยเกิร์ต และนมเปรี้ยวพร้อมดื่ม ภายใต้ชื่อ “ดัชมิลล์” โดยมีบริษัทในเครือ คือ “ บริษัท โปรมาร์ท จำกัด” เป็นผู้จัดจำหน่าย


ก่อตั้งแห่งแรกที่ จ.นครปฐม
ขยายโรงงานแห่งที่สอง ที่ จ.นครสวรรค์
เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวทางธุรกิจที่เติบโตและประสบความสำเร็จอย่างรวดเร็ว ในปี พ.ศ. 2540 ดัชมิลล์ได้สร้างโรงงานแห่งที่สองขึ้นที่ อำเภอพยุหะคีรี จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ พร้อมทั้งนำเอาเครื่องมือการบริหารการจัดการแบบสากล อาทิ MRPII, SAP, TQM และ TPM มาใช้ เพื่อเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพและขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันขององค์กร

นอกจากนี้ดัชมิลล์ยังได้ส่งออกผลิตภัณฑ์นม ไปยังประเทศในกลุ่มอาเซียน ได้แก่ สิงคโปร์ จีน บรูไน เวียดนาม ฟิลิปปินส์ มาเลเซีย อินโดนีเซีย ลาว กัมพูชา พม่า และพร้อมที่จะขยายช่องทางการจำหน่ายสู่เวทีสากลระดับโลก ในอนาคตอันใกล้
