บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของโรงเรียนบ้านพรหมนิยม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 ใน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านการกระจายอำนาจ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านการคืนอำนาจจัดการศึกษาให้ประชาชน ด้านการบริหารตนเอง และการตรวจสอบและถ่วงดุล
ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และผู้ปกครองนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านพรหมนิยม ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 82 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปเพื่อหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
จากการศึกษาการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานของโรงเรียนบ้านบ้านพรหมนิยม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายโสธร เขต 2 เมื่อพิจารณาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติสูงสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารตนเอง รองลงมา คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านการคืนอำนาจจัดการศึกษาให้ประชาชน และด้านกระจายอำนาจ ด้านการตรวจสอบและถ่วงดุล มีการปฏิบัติต่ำสุด
