การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาการ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ KW - CAI 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยการ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยการ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนบ้านหัวสะพานมิตรภาพที่ 217 อำเภอเวียงสระ จังหวัดสุราษฏร์ธานี โดยการสุ่มกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) การ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพการ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.54 4) แบบสอบถามวัดความพึงพอใจ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 1.73 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการทดสอบที (t-test)
